so i haven’t spent much time on here these past few months, i’ve been finishing up my gap year- which is now come to an end now that it is summer again. in so many ways i cannot believe how the year has fled, and what changes it brought on with it. i think it’d be hard for my inward self to recognize and know the woman i was a year ago.
in may i have completed my internship at the polish branch of national geographic. it was a great experience, and i loved it! although it was a bit of work. i translated a lot of articles, and one of the articles i wrote will be printed in the july issue- which i am thrilled about! i spent a month discovering that i love what i want to study (creative writing & english) and i am happy doing it.
apart from that, as some of you may know, i am a dressage rider- currently on the polish national young riders team and in a month i am competing at The European Championships (!!!!!!!!!) i have competed at two international competitions, one just over a week ago in france, and got my qualifications.
oh, I also passed my driving exam last week!! So these have been some busy months. The next months are going to be even busier as I will be moving to Vancouver to start my university, competing at the Europeans, and hopefully embarking on an epic road trip with my two good friends up to Alaska!!
Greetings from Chantilly, France!
